Frequently Asked Questions

We've got answers. Here are some of the most common things people ask about Veritas.

Email is the fastest route — most questions get a reply within one business day. If you're reporting a bug or something that's clearly broken, include your scan report URL and the browser you're using. That alone cuts the back-and-forth in half.

Please don't post it publicly. Send the details directly to our security email and we'll treat it as a priority. We take responsible disclosure seriously — if your report leads to a fix, we'll acknowledge you by name in our changelog unless you'd prefer to stay anonymous.

It happens occasionally — SSL Labs can return stale cache, VirusTotal flags can be outdated, and some headers behave differently behind CDNs or proxies. Send us your site URL and the specific check that looks off. We'll run a manual verification and get back to you with what we're seeing on our end.

Yes. The Agency plan covers most use cases — white-label PDFs, 5 team seats, unlimited sites, and client-facing reports with no Veritas branding. If your needs are larger than that or you want to discuss a custom arrangement, reach out with a brief description of what you're building and we'll take it from there.

Absolutely — the best features on Veritas roadmap came from user requests. Drop us a message with what you're trying to do and what's currently missing. No need to write a formal spec. A sentence or two about the problem you're trying to solve is more useful than a detailed feature request.
